Then, I've got following error,

autoreconf: Entering directory `.'
autoreconf: running: autopoint --force
cvs [checkout aborted]: no such tag gettext-0_14_1
fatal_error: not found

google tells me remove following line,

AM_GNU_GETTEXT_VERSION(0.14.1)

but it results po/Makfile.in.in does not exist, so changing to my gettext version installed, and then

278  14:54   env LANG=C autoreconf -i -s -v -f
279  14:55   env LANG=C ./configure --with-include=/home/makoto/cvs-work/JTAGTOOL/include
280  14:55   time make
281  14:55   sudo make install

will install /usr/local/bin/jtag
