2009/01/15 だから、もう二年も前になるが、 wip に入っていた scim と scim-anthy を入れておいて

scim -f socket -c simple -ne socket -d -e anthy

とすると FireFox に日本語入力が出来るとあった。 最近ではこれらは inputmethod に入っていて、同じように C-\ で日本語入力と、英文字入力の切替が可能になっている。
(ssh -Y hostname で他の機械に入って FireFox を立上げている時には、 どちらの機械の scim が働いているのだろうか ?) ... やはり入る手前の(手元の)機械の方が動いているようだ、という とは、 新しい方の機械は (本体で X11 を立上げて見る以外には) どうやって確認すれば良いのかな
