libiconv_hook を /usr/local に apache-2 は /usr/pkg に入ったものを使う、 ということで試して見たが、

pthread.h が二つあるから /usr/include の方をかくしたら、

まだだめなので、ではと、 pthread_types.h をかくしたら、さすがに、 /usr/include/sys/types.h:374:27: pthread_types.h: No such file or directory
