普通は -fPIC を使っていれば良い。lang/libperl はそれを使っている。

これって四つのうちどれか一つでいいという意味かな。
apache6 が入っているはずだが、そこの Makefile を見ると

APACHE_CUSTOM_CFLAGS+=  -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE
APACHE_CUSTOM_CFLAGS+=  -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64

が既にある。もしかしてと思って apache6 を入直し。 (後で調べたら、Makefile/1.58 で これが入って 1.59 で 1.3.27 になっているので、 この二行は、入直す前から入っていたはず)

と言うので make update
