In the article enable-m17n and disable-unicode (was: emacs-w3m not renderingwebpages) and its follow-up, we were told to have following line in /etc/mk.conf

W3M_USE_UNICODE=               YES

But this variable and W3M_USE_M17N were GONE by the following change:

It is a little bit strange that

In environment 1, I don't have the problem, but with 2, I've got "ucs_conv=1: bad option"

The variables have been MOVED to options.mk.
