鼻風邪気味で、調子も良くなく、かなりの時間を寝てしまった。

僕の弱い信号を辛抱強く取ってくれた人 : FM5BH, CO2JD (Martinique は DXCC Mix New)
CO2JD は僕と交信した時から 24WPM くらいに遅くして、その後も しばらくその速度で JA 向に続けていた。 僕も今回は Filter を 150Hz までで、100/80/50Hz にすると、 速い信号は取れなくなる。
四月の JIDX の時は、EU から 50/hr x 3 くらい呼ばれるのだけれど、 それ以外は、その楽しみがないのが、いつも不思議。 JIDX は JA 中心だからかな。

[database] (mysql) hostname is blocked because of many connection errors;

I had problem of remembering password,
so just mysql process restarted, and it is resolved.

My build of pkgsrc editors/emacs does not have x11 included. why ?

This problem turned out that my /etc/mk.conf was wrong.
The (trace of)
setup for Mac OS X
were there,
PKG_OPTIONS.emacs_current = -dbus -gtk -svg -x11 -xft2 -xaw -motif
#KG_OPTIONS.emacs_current+= nextstep
And I misunderstood that -x11 meaned enable x11 as like shell options.
By removing this setup, emacs on unbuntu get x11 capability (2010/06/09 added).

[機械] DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL -- NDIS.sys
家人の Let's Note CF-R2 が次の画面を一瞬表示して、すぐに
再起動してしまう
という状態になってしまった。これを止める(止めてゆっくり写す)
方法もあるらしい

が、すぐには分らなかった。というか、何が起きて
いるかの一端を画面を(カメラで)写してから初めて
理解した。

Memory Test
は 3 回くらい通ったし、セーフモード(Safe Mode) では外付の USB disk に
写したり出来るので、リカバリをすれば直るかと思ったが、だめだった。
つまり金物故障ということらしい。

と言われることがある。
戻って出直したいという意味で、例えば 1.4 くらいまで行っていたが、
少し前のものを次のようにして、持出して、
cvs update -dP -C -r 1.2 hoge.c
少し変更して、
もうこれを最新版にしたい、と commit すると上のように言われる。
安易には、
cp hoge.c /tmp
cvs update -dP -A -C hoge.c
cp /tmp/hoge.c
cvs commit -m 'backed up and edit a little' hoge.c
としてもいい。しかし..本来は ?

[security] cvs-1.11.14 or eariler
を見ると、殆んど犯行声明のようなもの
が貼ってある。(5/20 日付)。ついでに exploit code も付いている。
その隣に置いてある cvs-1.11.16 は安全なのだろうか ?
説明としては、これを見て危険性を自分で確認してね、という意味らしいが。
NetBSD の場合は /usr/bin/cvs に入っているが、
./configure すると、自動的に /usr/bin/cvs に入れるようになる。
checking for prefix by checking for cvs... /usr/bin/cvs
env DESTDIR=/tmp make install
とやると、/tmp/usr の下に入る。これを tar でまとめて..。
(そのようなことをしないで、いきなり make install ?)
cd /tmp; find . -type f で入るものを確認して、
重複している、つまり本当に入替になるのは
./bin/cvs と
./bin/cvsbug だけのようだ。

という話でなくて、それ自体、知らなかったというか、使ったことがない。
でも使うと便利そう。
そもそも cp ~1/file . なんて使い方もやったことがない。

[screen] X Window System を screen から起動
login したら、すぐに screen を起動する。そこから startx。
その後で xterm/kterm から screen -x すると、その X を起動した画面に入れる。
これは何とはなく面白いというか便利。ただし、その起動画面で ^C すると
当然 X が止ってしまうから要注意。nohup startx すればいいのかな。
screen -x を教えてくれたのは
hideishi
さんだったかな。最近日記が Object not found! 404
になってしまう。
( -x と X Window System の X の文字とは何の関係もありません :-)
