pkgsrc だと emcws だけではうまく行かない気がするので、 手で入れて見る。

tar zxf /e/u/j/distfiles/emacs-w3m-1.3.6.tar.gz
cd emacs-w3m-1.3.6/
/configure --with-emacs=emcws
su
make install
make install-icons
pushd $SITELISP
mv w3m w3m-1.3.6

M-x w3m で (make install-icons をする前)

HTTP_HOME が効いている。
