All the work went fine, except the I broke frame (Junk side) which I did not notice the way to un assemble. I should have LCD and body get flat, and just should have move the body to upper. I did not loose anything by this, because I do not need this parts.

1. Old one: junk, BIOS password is set and unknown. LCD looks OK
2. Newer one: Working but LCD was broken

• The LCD panel is really a little bit small. It is OK, a kind of expected,
• The connector location is different on LCD side, the newer one cable was too short to reach
• I've picked the LCD cable from the old one and use it
• I took hard time to connect the LCD cable to LCD, right/left or flipped or not, but finally resovled by referencing the another set of LCD/cable combination of which LCD is broken.
• Then .. the RAM mapping is different. four console windows appear
• And worse, X11 won't work (won't show meaningfull screen)
• On the way to this swap work, I've replaced the internal RAM from 4GB to 8GB, so now total get 16GB, see below

LCD のこわれた Let's Note CF-SX2 が二台ある。以前に新品の液晶だけ買ったことがあるが、 何とはなく良い思い出がなくて、避けていた。それで NX2 の パスワード付のジャンクがあって、

写真で、枠が少し広いかな、と思ったのだけれど、まあ、何とかなるかなと思って落札した
(Let's Note CF-NX2 RWJCS、 2,700 円 + 1,400円 送料)

• まず、線が短かかった。LCD 側のコネクタの位置が違う。これは万事休す、かなと 思ったが、LCD への線までも交換することで何とかなった
• 線と LCD の接続は、どちら向きかなかなか理解出来なかったが、以前の割れた LCD があって、それの接続を見て、何とか理解し、うまく差せた
• それで動作確認をしたが、何と、RAM の mapping が違う console の時は、それでも読めるので、LCD 無よりはよっぽど良いが、実は X Windows 11 は全然絵にならない。いづれ、取替えることとしよう。
