NetBSD 絹の日記 FreeBSD-10.1-RELEASE-i386-memstick.img does not finish to load kernel.

I made boot USB memory stick on NetBSD by dd command.
And try to boot on Let's Note W4 (1.5GB Memory) with that USB memory stick.
(by the way, Is black background unexpected ?)

While loading kernel, it reboots. (probably panic or segfault ?)

 9.3 boots fine
10.1 panic, but ACPI off boots fine
