僕は、 wip/apel-git を使っていた

しかし 2021/12/31 頃から、 ngnix の Gateway 何とか、で利用出来なくなった

fatal: unable to access 'http://git.chise.org/git/elisp/apel.git/': 
  The requested URL returned error: 502

これではこまるので、手元に残っていた cache file から

apel-10.8.50.20210508.tar.gz
```
というのを使って apel-snapshot というものを作って使っている
しかし、これだと、あちこち調整が必要なので、どうせなら、と思って
devel/apel を、これにしてしまおう、という計画を立てた
ところが、 devel/apel は
github wanderlust/apel
を見ていて、何だ、そうか、こっちをそのまま更新すればいいや、と思ったのだけれど、
(僕の見る限り)、 apel に都合のよい tag が打っていなくて

(さてどうしよう)と思っているところ

＠ devel/apel-snapshot:

やはり、この名前のものを作るかな (実は作ってはあるが、これを入れるかな) と、思い直しているが、最初に書いたように、あちこち調整するのは(その後の保守も) 面倒

tag を打ってもらうようにお願いする
関係なく、僕の snapshot を devel/apel に上書きする
ただし、その場合には、最近の変更を取込む必要がある(その方が良い) ?

I'm using wip/apel-git

But recently (since 2021/12/31 or around), MASTER_SITES got unavailable as wrong gate way or so by ngnix

I could not make private meta-pkg because of this outage, so I've created "apel-snapshot" from my cache

```
but this needs serveral adustments on which refers this package.
OK, I'll overwrite devel/apel by this -snapshot version.
Now I understand MASTER_SITES of devel/apel is
github wanderlust/apel
and it would be nice to update simply this version.
But, this repository does not have convenient TAG for devel/apel.

Then, What am I gonna go ?

OK, I'll create new package as devel/apel-snapshot, but as I wrote at the beginning, adjustment to refer this package is not easy (just too many locations).

Ask owner to have tag on repository
Ignore everything and overwrite by my version
(but I need to port the changes made on github wanderlust/apel version. ...
