emcws README

Emcws stands for Emacs + Canna + Wnn + Sj3.
It is the interim solutions for Emacs to input 2 bytes chars by communicating with Kana Kanji conversion server.
(Ultimate solution should be 'tamago' written in pure Elisp.)
